6a Architects and the moss experiment
Steph Macdonald of 6a Architects has just kindly accepted my invitation to connect on Linkedin which remindes me of one of the images I'm using on the homepage. It was an experimental collaboration we did in 2007 as part of an Arts Council research project to cultivate moss on concrete. The panel was part of a series of four and this one was cast against ripped corrugated cardboard with limestone aggregates to promote a healthy moss growing environment in the rough recesses.
