Visual Concrete Repair Trainee Opportunity
GreyMatter concrete is London based and currently seeking a trainee to work alongside our small specialist team to develop the necessary skills in producing high quality visual concrete repairs.

Job Description
This role initially focusses on training with the view to moving towards independent assessment and undertaking of visual concrete repair as a full time employee. Complete training is provided so no previous experience is necessary. There is no requirement for the successful candidate to have concreting experience or previous concrete repair experience. The successful candidate will however be expected to be keen to learn, enthusiastic, possess fluid communication skills, be hard working, organised, conscientious and want to grow and develop within our company and with our company ethic. The majority of our work is carried out on busy construction sites so previous site experience is essential. An awareness, understanding and respect of Health, Safety and Environmental issues is paramount.
Roles and Responsibilities
To assist on a daily basis in undertaking efficient high quality repair works.
To learn and develop skills with the view to independently carrying out such work.
To actively train on the job to become as efficient as possible in undertaking such repairs with quality.
To clean and maintain tools in an orderly fashion.
To maintain organised digital photographs of repair works undertaken.
To attend all relevant site meetings.
To receive and provide all relevant feedback for all aspects of the work.
To liaise with site managers/project managers as required.
To respect and follow the law in terms of Heath and Safety requirements.
Additional Requirements
Possess a full clean driving licence.
Be willing to work nationally in the UK and abroad.
Possess or immediately seek the relevant CSCS card (industry requirement)
Have previous site experience.
Be hard working, enthusiastic and fit.
Be polite, courteous and professional.
Respond fluidly and professionally to all required communication.
Follow site rules at all times.
